Three regions in Istanbul achieve the highest investment value for real estate in them

Besiktas, Sariyer and Kadikoy districts in Istanbul are the most valuable

While the increase in apartment prices continues in Turkey in general and in Istanbul in particular, which ranks first in terms of real estate activity in the country, it arouses everyone’s curiosity to know which areas have increased in real estate value and which are the highest investment value.

According to statistics conducted by Endeksa real estate appraisal website in May of this year, which showed the ten most valuable investment areas in Istanbul, Besiktas, Sariyer and Kadikoy were the most valuable real estate areas in Istanbul.

According to the announced data, Besiktas, Sariyer and Kadikoy emerged as areas where the average selling price per square meter reached the highest value, as the average price per square meter of apartments in Besiktas became 50 thousand and 838 Turkish liras, and thus the average price of the apartment reached 7 million and 778 thousand and 214 Turkish liras.

While the average price per square meter for apartments in Sariyer, which ranks second after Besiktas, was 49,018 Turkish liras, bringing the average apartment price to 7 million 401 thousand and 718 Turkish liras.

Kadikoy came in third place, as the prices of apartments in it increased by 186% from last year, and the average price per square meter of apartments became 35 thousand and 483 Turkish liras, and therefore the average price of the apartment reached 4 million and 754 thousand and 722 Turkish liras.
